We use customer information for the service, support, security, and the dealership work you authorize.

    We collect account and contact details, vehicle preferences, location and delivery details, purchase and financing preferences, price limits, instructions, approvals, dealership communications, written offers, documents, and limited technical and first-party usage information.

    We use information to operate and secure The Buying Lane, carry out the dealership work you authorize, process communications and documents, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

    We share information as needed with dealerships you authorize, providers that help us operate the service, others you direct us to involve, and when disclosure is legally required.

    Payments

    Stripe securely processes payments and refunds and provides us with payment status and transaction identifiers. We do not receive complete payment-card numbers.
